IRC Free Tax Program
In 2006,
we helped our clients get over $100,000 in refunds. All of the
taxes are done with a computer and filed electronically to limit
mistakes. This program is open to all refugees, so even if you are not an
IRC client, we will still do your taxes for free.
If you
work, you must
file a tax return.
You may get money back!
IRC can help you fill out the forms
for free. Don’t pay someone to do it for you. In early
2008, you will get a W-2
form in the mail from your employer(s). When IRC's 2008 free tax program
begins, just bring your W-2 along
with the additional items identified below to the IRC office at
5348 University Ave., Suite 205, San Diego, CA:
• Picture ID
• W-2 Forms from all of your 2006
employers
• Social Security cards for you, your
spouse, and children
• 1099 form from bank (for interest
earned), if applicable
• 1098T for post secondary school fees and
tuition, if applicable
Complicated tax situations may not be
eligible for free services
