Vaccinations

Did you know that one of five San Diego babies is missing shots and nine of ten of their parents don't know it? Immunizations protect your baby against dangerous diseases. Babies need ALL their shots to be protected. As a parent, it is your responsibility to keep track of the immunizations your child needs. It is important to keep you child's yellow California Immunization Record in a safe place.

Children must be up-to-date with their immunizations in order to enter child care homes, preschools, schools, child care centers or Head Start. Take it with you each time you take your child to a doctor, clinic or hospital. Make sure your children are immunized, the benefits far outweigh any risks.
